Fine Apartment with poor maintenance
Pros
Very good layout with decent appliances. Great price, great location.
Cons
It’s cheaply made and things started falling apart after a few years. Management doesn’t want to fix things and insists it’s not their responsibility. My roommates were pretty handy so we did several fixes on our own.
Advice to the owners
Better maintenance for the buildings longevity.

Responsive management (for nyc)!
Pros
Management is very proactive for nyc and the people you deal with are all very nice.
Cons
Thin walls within apartments and not a lot going on in the immediate neighborhood (though there’s plenty to do within a 10-20 min radius)
