Living in this apartment is very expensive. HVAC provides heat and hot water. Be ready to pay the high electricity bill. The building always dirty. The stairs and front entrance are full of dust and mail. The garbage is always full. They take their time to clean. Management takes their sweet time to fix. They fixed. The tools they use to fix are cheap. For example, the boiler leaks never were fixed. It continues leaking, and they ignored your request from the management website. The house always feels cold—poor insulation. The filter of the AC are dirty. I do not recommend people who have asthma to live here. You paid for water and sewer. Brokers do not tell you this.
