STAY AWAY- Rats!

Very spacious apartment with nice modern finishes

Cons

RATS There is an infestation that we reported to the city and still has not been taken care of. You can here them in the walls and one entered our apartment when doing renovations

Pros

Sizeable bedrooms, lots of kitchen storage/counter space, washer/dryer IN UNIT, living room comfortably fit a large sectional couch. Primary bedroom is MASSIVE with walk in closet

Cleanliness of stairwell, occasionally dealt with mice/cockroaches
