Do NOT rent from Better Living!!

Honestly nothing. Had a miserable experience living here and especially dealing with the managements x

Cons

Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE management. Ariel is one of the most challenging people I’ve ever met. They withheld my security deposit after I cleaned my place within and inch of my life. They also tried to show my apartment 6+ times everyday until it got rented while I was working from home. Neighbors throw parties, steal packages and fight like crazy. You can hear everything!

Advice to the owners

Take care of your people better and stop trying to cut corners on your tenants.

Great location and fun night life.

Building management is unresponsive in emergent situations. Windows have no insulation leading to all the sounds of Manhattan at all hours.
