Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Harriet Frederick reveal a mixed management performance. Some buildings offer affordable rents for their neighborhoods and responsive landlords who address certain issues like heat and water pressure. However, significant concerns include poor cleanliness, inadequate heating, serious pest infestations, and neglect of safety problems such as drug use within premises. Garbage management and neighbor relations vary widely across locations. Tenants often urge management to prioritize basic maintenance, pest control, and security improvements. Prospective renters should expect variability in living conditions, with some buildings showing promise if management tackles longstanding infrastructure and safety challenges more effectively.

May the Meth Be With You

Pros

Location, location, location. Lovely peaceful views for back facing units.

Cons

The landlords do nothing about the meth cookers/users in the building. The smell is not only the worst stench ever, but it’s toxic. One of the addicts had been aggressive to a few female tenants. The landlords won’t do anything because then they’d have to remediate some if not the entire building. Apart from the meth issue, the building is disgusting, poorly heated and often times toilets stop working, heat stops a a week at a time.

Advice to the owners

You are the worst kind of humans. Grubby, cheap and greedy. Clearly you take no pride in what you do.
