Standard building, a bit overpriced

Somewhat spacious, in unit laundry, doorman

Could be cleaner Didn't like the barn doors

Most bang-for-your-buck compared to other luxury buildings in area
Pros
I generally like the 1BD layouts, as well as how thick the walls are compared to newer buildings. I also like the rent-stabilization.
Cons
I don't like how often the elevators go out of service, nor do I like the lack of security in the building lobbies.
