While some appreciate the strong location and friendly neighbors, many express frustration with poor management and maintenance issues. Consistent complaints include inadequate heat, pest problems, and delays in repairs. Respondents also noted cleanliness is lacking, particularly in communal areas, and some experienced package theft. Rent stabilization is a common benefit, although a significant number of reviews indicate a need for improved owner responsiveness and building upkeep.
