Absolutely fine and harmless so far

Pros:
Super is responsive and kind. Not the guy at the deli next door - but the actual super. Pretty fast to fix any issues and apartments are renovated.
Cons:
Neighbors can be loud and management doesn’t care at all.
The guy who works in the market downstairs and also helps with the building is incredible rude.
Can take a while to reply to emails.
Advice to owner:
Be nice to your tenants
