Great Building, some downsides
Pros
Lobby is huge, and lobby and basement are always quite clean. Super is decently responsive. Large laundry room and good culture in the building. Large, rent stabilized apartments located very close to transit.
Cons
Laundry room has been "updated" twice in the two years I've lived there, with constantly increasing prices. Extremely bright lights were installed in the parking lot which even my blackout curtains have a hard time blocking out. The super doesn't keep keys, so if you get locked out, it's a nightmare.
