Pros:
Loved the location, the building staff (Jerry you are great), the amenities. HVAC units are great at heating and cooling. Water pressure great. Units are new, clean, large.
Cons:
Basement often smelt like trash (understandable to a degree but it seemed that no measures were taken to remediate). Many new buildings going up in the neighborhood so construction can be loud. Also, morning rush hour = lots of honking sometimes. Washing machine room has had it's issues.
Advice to owner:
Basement could all around use some more attention

Pros:
Really good location. Appliances are very modern and I like the aesthetic. Cool doorman
Cons:
Elevator issues for farrrr too long. Now even worse all the elevators are down for the past few weeks.

Get a better elevator company

Kind, friendly doorman and good neighbors
Cons:
Broken elevators often leave disabled and elderly tenants stranded on the first floor or left to climb up to 14 floors with walkers and canes. During the height of the pandemic, a single, poorly functioning elevator caused unsafe crowding inside and outside the elevator.

To add insult to injury, the (sometimes) one working elevator is thus used for trash removal, and often smells of garbage.

For over 2 years (and even longer I've heard from other residents) the elevators have been perpetually broken. Years of texts, emails, and 311 complaints have resulted in zero permanent or even long-lasting solutions.

In addition -- the laundry machines are constantly broken and a defective intercom system rings randomly at all hours of the night with nobody in the vestibule -- or for some tenants fails to function at all.

The staff are kind, good people but are not allotted the resources they need to effectively maintain the building.
Advice to owner:
Get it together. People are paying you for a service and you’re not holding up your end of the deal. It’s ridiculous and you should be ashamed.

Very friendly and responsive super. Beautiful views on the rooftop. Clean.

It’s a bit noisy outside.
