Location, quiet street, layout, renovated
Cons
Noise travels, thin walls, walk past garbage on way in and out, when top floor floods water can drip down from ceiling (happened 2x)

Worth Management EVER & Mice

Cons
Management is the biggest team of scums!! Huge mice infestation & completely unresponsive. They push every tenant out yearly with the increase in rent & every single year tenants try to get legal teams involved. Had dead mice in the unit during a massive infestation. Washer & dryer broke regularly & repaired never helped. Utility bills were INSANE & coned said they could never get in the building to check the meters so they “estimated”. Around $300 monthly is utilities.
Advice to the owners
Great your tenant like actual humans.
