Great building and location needs updating and subpar amenities

Pros

The staff is amazing and friendly. The location is convenient between the F And the A/C lines. Groceries are across the street and it’s great for morning runs by the water

Cons

The roof deck is very uncomfortable. They have unmovable bulky metal and wood furniture. No where to really enjoy the outside
