Good but going downhill

Pros:
The area !! Great building and area. Laundry area and building is kept clean!
Cons:
Roaches here and there but rarely. Elevator breaks down a lot. Need renovations of certain things. Electric wiring is off. Lack of heat & they don’t want to fix certain things unfortunately..
Advice to owner:
A studio should not be 1500/1600! Seal cracks in peoples apartments so pest don’t get in!! More up to date renovations would be nice for the price paid. Respond to your tenets when they need something fixed!!!

Area is quiet and landlord is on top of stuff.

Neighbors are horrible
