caring and very responsive landlord

Pros

I like that my apartment was renovated before I moved in, very easy to get sleep because of how quiet it is (apartment is on a dead end street), all the neighbors I’ve met have been friendly, Landlord is very caring and responsive. He is quick to resolve any complaints (Ex: came to fix an issue I was having in my bathroom right away). The location is very convenient - steps away from the subway station, yet you cannot hear the train AT ALL. Dog friendly.

Cons

small apartment but very clean and flooring is sturdy and nice, which helps block out noise transfer from other floors (we live on the first floor). another con for our specific apartment is we do not have a balcony whereas the other floors do.

Advice to the owners

none. It is a pleasure to live in your apartment!
