Recent reviews for buildings managed by Andres Acero reveal a mixed experience among tenants. While some residents highlight spacious apartments and decent amenities, significant concerns persist regarding cleanliness and pest control, particularly with cockroach infestations. Many tenants reported inadequate garbage management and slow owner responsiveness. The overall sentiment leans negative due to ongoing issues with pests and maintenance. Although there are some positive remarks about living conditions in select buildings, potential renters should be cautious and may want to address pest-related concerns before considering a lease.

Major roach infestation

Pros

Size of apartments

Cons

Roach infested kitchen. We probably killed hundreds of little roaches over the course of one summer. There was a mouse but the landlord sent someone to deal with the mouse and it didn't come back. The roaches never left.

Advice to the owners

Please deal with the pest problem.

Cockroach infested kitchen!

Pros

Small elevator, good amount of space in the rooms

Cons

Very dirty - kitchen was absolutely infested with cockroaches, and there was a mouse as well
