Clean, responsive, prime location
Pros
Live in super, management and maintenance quick to respond to issues. Laundry room in basement is clean. Elevator was modernized a few years ago and is now much more reliable.
Cons
On 2nd Avenue with bars and restaurants on street level can make front facing units noisy. Despite 2 locked front doors, packages frequently stolen from lobby.

Good with the COVID discount
Pros
Loved the terrace and how close it was to the Q.
Cons
Our terrace awning fell off in the hurricane and no one came to fix it. My downstairs neighbor constantly complained about minimal noise in our apartment. We had a mouse and some large cockroaches.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive.
