This building has its moments
Pros
The views are beautiful, the people are cool for the most part, it’s made of concrete so the apartments are pretty sound proof
Cons
Package theft is RAMPANT! People get packages stolen all the time management and the police do nothing. Management takes a while to move tickets forward, I know people that have had leaks in their apts and it took 4 months for them to fix once they started having mold issues. The building was built fast and cheap and you see it in the details, it’s not meant to last. A lot of gov housing and people who smoke cigarettes or leave messes around. The cigarette smell pours into apartments through vents, there was no fan installed in the kitchen or bathroom, also no curtain or shower rods or closet hanger.
Advice to the owners
Do something about the package thefts. You know who it is you have video evidence
