Older Building in Nice Area

Pros

Generally well built units with good sound isolation. The neighbors are older which is nice for general life.

Cons

Everything is a bit out of date, the air conditioners / heaters, stove, fridge, elevator.

Advice to the owners

Just deal with the errant Roach or two, and update some of the appliances.
