Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is the only pro for this building.
Cons:
Infested with rats, unsafe, homeless people sleep inside the first door to the building which isn’t locked, packages regularly stolen, you hear your neighbors, poorly run, garbage is kept in basement and filthy.

Solid option, lax management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, quiet street, lots of natural light. Building was pretty clean.
Cons:
In the one year we lived there, the washing machine, dryer and fridge broke. We also had to submit maintenance requests for the sink, shower and front door. Management was not responsive about the broken appliances which cost us several hundred dollars as we waited to get them fixed (for months).
