Great location, easy to pay rent online, management is responsive.
Cons
The tenants in this building are young, filthy, loud, rude, and obnoxious. Most tenants are young and blast music, TV, have loud conversations, throw parties on the weekend, and have no respect for neighbors (both in the building and around the neighborhood). Weekend mornings you will find beer cans/trash in the hallways, and trash all over the roof. There was an incident last fall where drunk tenants threw four chairs (property of other tenants) off of the roof and broke neighboring property and a police report was filed. The in-unit HVAC units are old and frequently malfunction. If the frat house/party vibe works for you, go for it. If you want a clean, quiet place to live with respectful neighbors, avoid!!! Sadly, there is not much the property management company can do to resolve the issue.
Advice to the owners
Stop renting to animals.
