Great building & staff

Pros

Attentive staff, great appliances & water pressure

Cons

Bugs show up in my unit. Nothing huge just fruit flies and mosquitoes - that’s my only complaint.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Well maintained, family oriented

Pros

The super and doormen are great. The building, although a little dated, is well-maintained and cordial. Residents are respectful and family oriented.

Cons

Landlords can be hit or miss. Some have helpful and friendly landlords. I had a very cold landlord and broker that were not flexible. Best to work directly with owners, if you can.

Advice to the owners

More transparency regarding condo fees and any additional pandemic-related fees.
