Good Small Landlord, But Pest Issues in Building

Pros

Great location, very large for a Manhattan 2 bedroom.

Cons

Not the buildings fault, but the area is very noisy, especially on weekend nights. Cars will park on the street and blast music. Also have a mice issue that was never resolved, the super only put down glue traps and the exterminator wasn’t willing to treat the kitchen.

We had small german roaches, stairs are pretty awkward any time more than one person has to be there at the same time
