Management hid roach infestation present in the unit. Generally the super does not respond and you are on your own. Persistent heat lack of heat in the winter. Raised rent by $2000 at renewal.

Cons
The super is really bad, not responsive at all. Bad maintenance of the building, no proper heating during the winter, everything is really cheap. Not subject to good cause eviction law, increases our rent by 18%!
