Frat house living

Pros

It’s like living in a frat house. Loud music until 4 am makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Property management does nothing about it. Avoid.

Noise. Neighbors party all night. Months on end. Building doesn’t enforce rules.

The doormen, the maintenance team, the apartments are really nice

Cons

The laundry room downstairs is faulty a lot and always full on the weekends. Rental management is very unresponsive and was racist to my roommate.
