Bed bugs--a lot

Pros

Good location ishd

Cons

I lived here a while back and got bed bugs three times. The third time, I happened to look up the address on bedbug registry and found a review from 2010 stating that someone got them, asked around and found out the bed bugs and been in the building for years at that point. What a nightmare. The thing is that the hallways were so filthy that it immediately SCREAMED of the type of place that would be infested. I got a relatively good deal, but like anything in New York, you end up paying one way or another. I'm just glad that when I moved out, I didn't take them with me. Living here was a real low point.
