Safe and Clean
Former Tenant

Great location
Really nice building team
Well maintained
Great amenities
Issues solve promptly and with care
Cons:
Probably just the high rent but that’s everywhere in NYC

Great full access building! Heat is meh
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a pretty good full amenity building for the price, small apartments and studios but everything is included. Plus it’s next to great transit.
Cons:
Heat and water pressure might depend on the department, and your neighbors can be bad or good based on the noise level. Walls are thick because it’s pre war, so for noise to get through your neighbors needs to be pretty loud. Staff is mostly reliable and maintenance is great, just the apartments are very small and the layout differs for every apartment, no apartment is the same. More like a glorified hotel
Advice to owner:
Need efficient hot water for the entire building, I don’t pay this much on rent for lukewarm showers in the winter
