Good Building - Good Location

Pros

It's close to my school. I have no issues with utilities (heat/hot water). Super is nice. Management is responsive.

Cons

One of the long term tenants occasionally are loud.

So so, need better maintenance crew

Pros

Close to transportation, good heat and hot water, close to drugstores and supermarket and two hospitals

Cons

Hard to get things fixed and responses from management and superintendent and especially handyman

Get better handyman!!!!
