Fear Factor at Night

Pros

Amazing location with tons of amazing restaurants nearby.

Cons

Cockroaches absolutely everywhere no matter how much I cleaned or set out traps. I had a water leak that was unresolved for a few days and the repair resulted in no running water in my kitchen and they wouldn’t correct it for over a week. Absolutely horrible building. The heating system makes an extremely loud clanging sound in the winter.

Advice to the owners

Get an exterminator and fix the plumbing

Avoid this landlord at all costs

Pros

Good neighbors overall. It faces South so you get good natural light in a few rooms.

Cons

The management company is abusive. They’re rude and bullies. Avoid at all costs. Some neighbors have had to move out because their rent doubled. The apartment can be ok, but the building itself needs to be renovated. It’s kind of falling apart. There are rodents and roaches occasionally.

Advice to the owners

Be more humane. Care about the building.
