-neighbors on main level are in a band and they would play all hours of the night 3+ nights a week, even on weeknights. they even had horns -washer/dryer in basement had a lot of issues and it was easier to just use the laundromat a block over -landlord is barely responsive, will try to scam you out of your security deposit and return what's left 2 months late -had multiple packages stolen (some within 10 mins of getting delivered) -few blocks from hospital AND a fire station so sirens are constant -on the corner of a busy intersection so it can get pretty noisy -right across from an elementary school so you often hear children yelling/playing from 11 am to 2 pm
Advice to the owners
you'd probably find people to rent your apartments if you hadn't raised the rent by $700 during a housing crisis (while providing zero upgrades to the place) and actually returned security deposits without threat of legal action

Renovated, great location, easy access to manhattan and local shopping, dining, etc..
Cons
Lots of roaches inside. Rats outside.
Advice to the owners
Kill los cucarachas, save the neighborhood.
