Not bad, Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
it is good since all of the Apartments has 2 bed 2 baths. which is not an easily thing to find for a reasonable price. its most of the times a quiet building. And the apartments looks good. good space between the rooms.
Cons:
It is a terribly cold building, since he removed all the gas heaters and radiators from the rooms, and put on some A/C mini splits instead. So you Waste a lot of Energy into that, the Con ed bill is expensive on winter time and the rooms on the apartments that do not have a mini Splits, or radiator are terribly cold. Like the bathroom for example. very thin walls
Advice to owner:
reinvest into some central AC for the whole apartment not separate mini splits

Worst landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooftop view is nice
Cons:
The landlord is unresponsive and irresponsible. There has been multiple complaints on my part regarding lack of heat during winter time and ceiling leaks during rain season. The rooftop has cracks that have been leaking to my bedroom for months and despite my reporting it multiple times he either just does a make-up fix or promises to take care of it only to leave it unfixed in the end. DO NOT RENT HERE!
Advice to owner:
Don’t just collect your dollars, respect your tenants and your duty as a landlord!

Cons:

It’s just okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never dealt with pests really. The rooftop wasn’t bad.
Cons:
The owners are impossible to get a hold of. The building reeks of smoke and mildew. There was a leak in the roof onto the bottom floor. The AC units don’t work properly. The walls and molding have been beaten up pretty bad. The neighbors fight pretty aggressively all the time. And they stole our packages more than once.
Advice to owner:
Do better, babe. This place isn’t cute.
