Good building - pest issues

Pros

Great location, amenities are on the newer side, roof-top access is good.

Cons

Fruit Flies in the kitchen w/o any fruit or mess and complaints of drain worms from the neighbors. Saw a lot of them.

Advice to the owners

Appreciate the repaints/quick responses might want to get an exterminator. Also understandable that moving out is hectic for the whole building but being in our apartment and asking "are you guys done yet...am I going to have to hire a cleaner" over and over made the experience pretty stressful.
