Overall a great place
Pros
The rent was very affordable and there was very little noise from upstairs. However, street noise is very bad if your window is facing the street (it's basically non-existent if your room faces the back). I lived there for 1.5 years and was basically happy given how much I was paying.
Cons
Owner is not super helpful when there are property issues that come up, but luckily, there were never any serious issues. The front door makes getting packages very difficult. My bedroom's radiator would sometimes not work and my room was colder than the rest of the apartment, and owner was not very helpful with this, but I managed fine.
