Used to be great it’s gone downhill

Pros

Rent stabilized amazing location rooftop access.

Cons

Owner doesn’t take care of the building. Major bed bug problem within the building and owner continues to put bandaids on it (amongst other issues) instead of fixing the problems correctly. .
