Review Summary for 56 Fulton Street LLC
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by 56 FULTON STREET LLC reflects a generally well-maintained environment with clean premises and friendly, responsive on-site staff. Residents appreciate the quiet neighborhoods and upkeep of the facilities, especially the modern look and rooftop. However, several renters report issues with owner responsiveness, particularly to maintenance requests and rent deposit returns, causing some dissatisfaction. Problems like slow communication, occasional high rent increases, and underwhelming amenities, such as a lackluster gym, have been noted. A few tenants experienced serious concerns like persistent odors linked to plumbing. Overall, management is seen as attentive on the ground level but could improve timeliness and communication.

Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building well maintained, haven’t seen any pests. Building staff and super are very nice and responsive.
Cons:
A bit expensive, gym is a bit run down. Can sometimes hear neighbors through bedroom walls when they are throwing parties. Rent increases are high.

Smelly stinky apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stylish, good light.
Cons:
My apartment always smelled like sewage, and it was always the worst in the bathroom. I think gas from the sewer was coming up from the plumbing somehow. No matter what I did; deep clean, candles, air purifiers, air fresheners, nothing covered it up. Absolutely gross. Moved out after a few months because I didnt want to live in a smelly apartment.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to this issues of your residents.
