Good building, amazing location

Pros

The location is perfect, located right next to Target, Trader Joes, and the L stop. Management is pretty responsive for a NYC apartment, haven't had bad experience with them

Cons

Some issues with pests like roaches and mice. Location is great but is extremely noisy. No amenities -- old walk up building with no laundry
