Calm and nice neighborhood
Pros
very attentive to the services and lobby.
Cons
People in the building are weird.

Good building if you need an affordable place to stay.
Pros
It's a few blocks from the subway. The neighborhood is safe.
Cons
My only con would be that there are not that many good restaurants nearby. There is no gym nearby either. Lately since after the pandemic there have been a lot of seedy people hanging around the neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
No issues.
