Clean, very updated, lots of space. Small building (only 2 units!). LL lives downstairs with his family and is overall very kind and very responsive.
Noise from the street can get a bit loud (but also that's just Bushwick haha). Biggest con is we had consistent mouse issue, but the landlord did consistently come up to put more traps and call the exterminator.
