Poorly managed building

It's a beautiful building with nice apartments
Cons
The maintenance company does not care to keep the building cleaned unfortunately. Trash is collected once every week, maybe once every two weeks. Basement is very cramped with random objects left by people which barely leaves any space to walk around. Landlords will take a long time to do necessary repairs.

The landlord is a 73 year old man hired by a Jewish son who had no right hiring mr.kofi opoku Mensah who stores garbage in the basement and empty apartments also garbage area are dirty and illegal activities are being conduct he gives out this building code #2658 and hires crackhead to enter and steal packages I've been on him for 2 years and management is covering up for the guy and Jewish son who pays for this non sence
Advice to the owners
Stop hiring thiefs and crackhead to half clean this building
