Cons
Management is extremely unprofessional and scammers. Dime and nickel everything, and they've cut corners while trying to charge premium pricing. They let anyone in the building they made headlines in the news for letting a stranger into a resident's apartment unauthorized, this happened at a different property they manage. We don't have true door men, we have fire marshals who don't do anything but look at their phone. In addition to paying ConED bills were being charged hundreds of dollars per month for HVAC for the building. This fee is not in the lease but they don't care and have retaliated tenants who haven't paid the fee by reporting them lowering their credit score which is illegal, I repeat the fee is not stated in our LEASE. Package room is a mess, you have to track on your own when packages are being delivered. Other tenants let their dogs pee in front of the building.
Advice to the owners
Please sell and get of the business, your despicable human beings and I hope the attorney general's office goes after you.
