- Clean inside - Laundry in building - units have big windows

- front of building is always a mess, trash management is poor - so many rats outside the building

Great location, no big issues

Pros

Amazing location and the building itself is pretty quiet! You do get some noise due to the restaurant next door, but it's nothing distracting.

Cons

Laundry can sometimes be hit or miss (two washers/dryers for this building and the one next door)
