Pros

Accessible to the 6 train and when I lived there the super was a gem, so kind and loved seeing my dog every day. Decent closet space for what I was paying and having a balcony is never bad!

Cons

My neighbors were unfortunately not great or clean so I did have some pest issues. The management was hard to deal with when there was a leak after a big freeze one January.
