Great Location, but Bedbug Issues
Pros
Loved the location, the neighborhood is amazing and very cool. Gallery downstairs, and dumplings steps away. Loved the center unit of the floor which has all south facing windows. Unit was upgraded nicely.
Cons
Neighbors had a bedbug problem that became our problem multiple times. Owner kept changing the management company which led to confusion and mixed messaging. Trash was constantly left in the first floor space and it was rarely cleaned. Door wasn't secure and packages were often stolen.

My unit is newly renovated with new appliances, not too much noise from neighbors, quick and responsive maintenance
Cons
New management is trying their best but garbage and recycling is a mess and we had a month where there was no lock on the front door of the building and a homeless man was sleeping in the lobby area. Packages go missing
