Great Apartment for First Year New Yorkers

Pros

The apartment is literally above a bar and on a block that has 3 bars, so this will be perfect for those who want to have an active social life but unfortunately not so much for those who want to be on the quieter side.

Cons

It is loud and the bass from the bar’s speaker system often travels up to your apartment.
