Great location but LOTS of roaches
Pros
Super central and if you are facing the alley it truly is quiet and peaceful. Loved being on the F and all things considered it was spacious.
Cons
Cockroaches like CRAZY crazy. We tried to manage it ourselves and the pest control guy came every 2 weeks for the entire year and we basically had to throw away everything in the kitchen when we moved. The owner claimed the person below us was a hoarder who refused the pesticides so MAYBE that was the issue- but it was truly inhabitable
