good building, great super.

Pros

great super, Carlos is amazing and super helpful. The building is clean and the apartment very quiet

Cons

old building not all the units have dishwashers. The kitchen is ofter not renovated but fully functioning, just a little vanilla.

Convenient but horrible management

Pros

- super convenient location - great and responsive super - good space:cost ratio

Cons

- management company could not care if your unit is falling apart...super unresponsive and not helpful - pests!
