Building manager sucks

Large space and quiet neighbors

Cons

The building manager (Angelica) forgets to put oil in the water heat so we would have cold water once in awhile. She’s all over the place and schedules meeting to only her convenient - knocking your door late at night without enough notice. She would lie and stir the conversation the way she wants to. Overall bad experience - she lives in the building and won’t recommend to live there

Advice to the owners

I would hire another building manager
