Worst landlords ever

The super was great.

Cons

Management not responsive at all. At one point, there were multiple weeks during the winter where the common area heat was at 50 degrees. Took me weeks to get someone to respond. The place was disgusting when I moved in, the sink was molded over and the bathroom sink was broken. Too cheap to pay for a simple cleaning between tenants. Highly recommend not living here. They don’t care about their tenants at all.

Advice to the owners

Actually manage the property instead of just collecting rent.

Pretty solid place to live

Pros

Building is very clean, appliances are updated, didn't experience any pest problems, maintenance was very responsive for minor fixes

Cons

Utilities are essentially all electric so gets expensive, elevator can be wonky if people don't use it correctly
