Old building that failed warranty of habitability

Cons
Illegally low levels of heat and hot water, extensive roof water damage that had been patched and painted over to conceal it, mold growth of different brown and black types, old electric that caused lightbulbs to cause ceiling socket explosions if changed, raining through the bathroom light, no front door doorknob or strong lock, mice, carpenter ants, nearly constant neighbor and industrial noise, neighbors using stove to heat apartment
Advice to the owners
Hopefully the building was sold and either torn down or fully remediated and renovated, I have severe long-term health damage from tenancy there
