Reviews

Former tenant·10 months ago

226 13th street review

Pros

Honestly the first floor is nice and welcoming. Neighbors are nice. Garbage management is good.

Cons

Super sucks. Management is very unresponsive. Thankfully there are no real issues with my apartment or else I feel like they wouldn't be taken care of. Also buzzer is broken and basement door doesn't always close properly and have let homeless people in once or twice.

Advice to the owners

Fix the buzzer, get a better super, fix the basement door, be responsible, act on issues!
