Great apartment for a great price
Pros
Huge amount of space for a great price, beautiful maintained historic details that provide great character
Cons
Outdated bathroom and very micromanaging or demanding landlord that is in your business all the time. You have zero control over porch lights which are set to timers so more often than not it would not be on when I was getting home either early or late bc it was outside of the lady’s chosen hours to let the light be on. If adjusting the thermostat for the entire building while lady is out of town because temp was sweltering hot you get in trouble for not waiting for her or her guy that helps around with things to adjust it. Seemed pretty anti -Jews....& kids
Advice to the owners
Don’t be so controlling or nit picky over things. If you can handle feeling like you’re living with your very controlling grandmother/aunt/mother it’s a fabulous apartment!
